Enjoy working with young athletes and teaching the sport of baseball or softball? Consider leading a team as a Manager, or assist in coaching a team of young players. ESLL is seeking energetic, patient, caring, motivating Mom's, Dad's or Guardians with volunteer time available to lead our young players and their families throughout the season.

Managers and coaches organize teams, plans practices, guide young players and conduct games, in partnership with a Team Parent and parent volunteers. 

Managers receive full credit toward the League Volunteer Requirement for managing a team.
