2025 Spring Baseball

East Sac Little League proudly offers Tee Ball, Single A, AA, AAA, Majors and Juniors Baseball programs for ages 4-14. If this is your first time registering with us, please have proof of residency ready to submit. If you are signing up to volunteer, please have your ID ready. Please be prepared to enter your child's school as well, as it helps organize some divisions.

PLEASE NOTE: This year you need to print out the medical release form and return the hard copy to your team manager or team parent NO LATER than the first team practice. Please have your player(s) insurance information on hand to fill out the form.

Early Bird Discount of $25 off per player valid until December 15th! Discount levied at checkout (i.e. current listed fees of $175 for Tee Ball will reduce automatically at check out to $150. Discount ends December 15th).

This season we are implementing a Multiple Player discount of $25 per additional player per household!

East Sacramento Little League proudly offers Tee Ball, Single A, AA, AAA, and Majors Baseball Divisions for boys and girls ages 4 - 12. For the Spring 2025 season, we will offer Juniors Baseball for players ages 13 & 14. If this is your first time registering with us, please have proof of residency ready to submit. If you are signing up to volunteer, please have your ID ready. We will also ask for your child's school location in order to help some of the divisions form teams.

Our baseball season begins with tryouts in January for our Majors, AAA and AA divisions, and practice for all divisions beginning in February. Our game season officially launches on Opening Day in early March for all divisions, and continues through the spring months leading up to Closing Day in June.

Upon registration, your child will be placed in the appropriate division as guided by Little League International Age Guidelines. Some children may be moved to higher or lower divisions based on skill level, as determined at tryouts or through contact with your Baseball Division Representative.

The age ranges for each division are as follows:

2025 Little League Baseball Age Chart

Tee Ball: Open to boys and girls, league age 4 and 5, new to the sport of baseball. Tee Ball offers an age-appropriate introduction to the game and seeks to develop preliminary skills.

Single A: Open to boys and girls, league age 6. Single A focuses on skill development, including advancement in hitting and fielding with a goal to progress young players from tee to coach pitch.

AA: Primarily consists of children ages 7 and 8, although 9-year-olds new to the sport, or in need of additional skill development, may be accommodated by special request with permission of the League.

AAA: Primarily consists of children ages 9 and 10, although 11-year-olds new to the sport, or in need of additional skill development, may be accommodated by special request with permission of the League.

Majors: Primarily consists of children ages 11 and 12, although 10-year-olds possessing advanced skills may be accommodated by special request with permission of the League.

Juniors: Primarily consists of children ages 13 and 14, although 12-year-olds possessing advanced skills may be accommodated by special request with permission of the League.

Tryouts: MANDATORY tryouts for AA, AAA, Majors divisions are held each year in January to determine a child's skill level and readiness. AA, AAA, Majors and Juniors divisions are formed primarily by age with skill also factoring in. There are no tryouts for Tee Ball and Single A.
